Our community is an Eco-Village with many Coops.

Food Coop for Those Who Wish to Buy Together
There is a monthly fee for food that is used to purchase Bulk, Organic, Vegetarian Staples. Currently we project a monthly cost of $100 based on our experience buying food in a student cooperative house.

Bills in the Cooperative Housing Structure
The following bills are paid for collectively:

• City Water
• City Sewer
• Electricity
• Garbage/Recycling
• Internet

Bills in the Personal Dwells
Such bills will be the responsibility of the home owners, though there will likely be overlap of Garbage/Recycling and Internet.
