Bloomington Cooperative Plots hopes to construct a 30 bedroom cooperative house in addition to an eco-village of up to 25 smaller houses with a total of 70 bedrooms. We are a bicycle only community 1.25 miles from city hall, though we will own a cooperative car and truck.
